Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on mpsc.rpap.co.in, operated by Raj Parivar Adhyatmik Products Private Limited. It is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Eligibility for return
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been opened, used, or tampered with. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- A return request must be raised via the enquiry form with a photograph of the product and its packaging.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
3. Refund mechanism
Where a refund is approved, the original purchase value is credited back to the employee’s Sikka wallet in the same token denomination in which the purchase was made. Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
4. Non-returnable items
- Products sold with an explicit “non-returnable” marking on the product detail page.
- Consumables that have been opened or partially used.
- Products damaged due to misuse by the purchaser.
5. Cancellations
An order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies.
